The first room we were in the T.V. did not work and it was making an awful sound even though it didnt work. The second room had water damage on the ceiling and what looked like black mold. We paid for two rooms as we had multple ppl. We had to pay a pet deposit for our cat and they charged me for 2 pet deposits.
Rooms and common areas were dirty. "Food" in the restaurant was gross. No soda in the whole building, even at the "bar" -- thinking someone didn't pay their bills. Disapointing.
My wife and I spent two nights on MLK weekend with our three kids and I must say this hotel has the friendliest and kindest staff. Room was clean and location is prime. They have a bistro that serves food including breakfast and made to order coffee if you want more than drip coffee(free). If that doesn’t appeal to you Waffle House is walking distance. To top it off it snowed. 😎
The staff here was great.
