Room key cards didn’t work, and apparently haven’t worked for a week.
Great staff - very attentive and kind. Enjoyed my stay in Troy.
This hotel needs and update and the rooms do not feel clean. Other people's hair was all over the bathroom, including stuck to a washcloth. The staff was okay, but we could only have one key, which is odd. I wont stay here again.
