Excellent service provided by Hanna and Tim! Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Accessibility features in rooms are extremely helpful.
100% the best stay I've had at any hotel or condo. I was extremely pleased. For a quick night stay, I normally stay at Country Inn & Suites. I'll have to try another Courtyard to make it official. But I know anytime I go to Florida from Kentucky from now on. I will definitely be staying at this hotel. Breakfast was amazing service was awesome. Everyone truly went above and beyond during the visit.
We were very disappointed with our stay while visiting our daughter for a college event. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and we struggled to get any sleep. We checked out at 6:45 AM because we couldn't wait to leave. To make matters worse, the shower was dirty and moldy. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this hotel.
I travel a lot...... you're staying in a small town with a big smile...... I believe we ALL were exhausted, but Tim & Will made a quick delicious margarita for me right before closing without any attitude just because they closed in less than 5 minutes...... it's moments like that that makes you feel like a VIP anywhere!!! Service artsy the front dest was also AMAZING!!!
