Beware .. I left my sandals there and never got it back!!! They gave me the run around and not great customer service!! So don’t forget any valuable items in your room!! It’s a multi billion company and they have no kindness to customers especially being a handicap Customer!!!
Usually when we go up to SJ for the quarterly Time Tunnel Toy Show, we stay at the Marriott Santa Clara but they were full and this was the only place near the fairgrounds that honored by associate discount. Needless to say, we ended up LOVING this hotel. It was quiet, very clean and the rooms were great. The staff who checked us in were very accommodating. I think we just may be staying here from now on. 5-stars!
Best value in the area. Speaking Chinese would be a benefit.
