We received excellent customer service at this hotel and a added bonus the c compared to our room we got in Plantation. The Assistant General Manger Mr. Julamon went above and beyond to// help us book our rooms . It obvious he sincerely cares about his guest ! If your looking for business hotel or somewhere very clean and friendly atmosphere check this place out !
Room was clean, bed was comfortable and loved that there was a gym. Great for business or weekend getaway. Downside, the food is way overpriced and its cheaply made (mostly microwaved and canned) and taste horrible. Everything I got that was suppose to be hot was room temperature even yhe coffee. The coffee is definitley NOT Starbucks. Dont eat at the hotel and your stay wont be ruined. The staff are very matter of fact, not outgoing, friendly or welcoming in any way. Eddie picked us up from the airport, Amanda checked us in with a smile, the bed was very comfortable, the mall was a short 5 minute walk and Eddie promptly took us to the cruise terminal the next morning. We could not have been more pleased.
Excellent property and the staff could not be nicer. Everything you could ever need is within 1 mile
Awesome and relaxing place to stay. Courtyard is serene and the private balcony is an added amenity. I loved it!
