Being that I am a rewards member I was not pleased with this property at all.
After arriving had to wait 2 hrs to check in and still no rooms ready so they gave us a handicap room which had roaches and was not fully cleaned. Then they then moved us to a king room and we originally had a double room . This room had ants everywhere, told staff all they go say is do you have snacks out? Yes I had snacks that was unopened and the ants were on the inside. Customer service is bad as different staff members tell you different things. The location is only good for shopping no night life at all!!!!

Beware of this place. I am a Marriott Rewards member and am looking to cancel that status. Parking lot gets completed flooded when it rains. We are stuck in the hotel until it clears and hopefully our car works. Car looks to be flooded. No signs anywhere that tell you it floods when it rains. Guests are not stranded with us until flooding goes down. Staff is extremely rude and told us “too bad, not our problem”. Hotel told us they hold $20 a night for incidentals. TV only has 20 channels. There was no TV remote. Door doesn't lock everytime, commodes were built for midgets, not older people who have trouble standing up! WiFi is free the first day but $ 4.85 after that. This is a $35 hotel that I paid $169 for! Plus. No complimentary coffee or any type of food!
We love staying at this hotel. The only negative is that they don’t offer continental breakfast. But there are so many stores and restaurants in the area.
I'm still waiting after almost a month for Rachel and /or Amanda to call me back about my credit. I called 4 times and was told it would be taken care of. Then I was told a manager would call me back the next day. After a few days (after the 4th time I called) I called in and got the managers voicemail. Left a message and it's been about 4 days without a call back... I've been patient, but, with this runaround, it's becoming quite irritating... Amanda was the last person I spoke with....
