Highly recommend. The property is clean and well maintained but the staff is even more amazing. They are all personal and detail oriented, in addition to kind, warm, friendly, and welcoming. The GM La’Ree Jackson does an amazing job and really goes out of her way to ensure you are enjoying your stay. I would stay anywhere knowing she was the GM. Will definitely be back
I am contacting Booking, .COM to complain as well as Marriott. This hotel needs to be reviewed for closing until it is completed. Very very disappointing. The room was much smaller, not a King size bed, hard surface like a torture race. The fixtures
We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls, USA, where ongoing remodeling made the entrance tricky to find at first. Once inside, everything was smooth, the rooms are spacious with comfy beds and a sofa bed, and staff like Mrs. Jackson at check-in and Maria at check-out provided amazing, kind customer service.
Honestly brutal stay. This hotel is currently under major construction and I would avoid until it is complete. room had a strange cleaner-like smell in the entranceway strange green stains all over the wallpaper behind the toilet, terrible shower design the water just floods onto the bathroom floor. towels were all stiff as a board. check-in experience was significantly more difficult than it should have been, parking is an additional charge- meanwhile the parking lot is filled with construction trucks at 6:20 while i was ge... read more
