Hotel was under construction and that made things challenging. Room and service was good. A couple spiders in the room.
Location is bad with no proper hotel entrance. The room had limited view and being a platinum elite member doesn't get you any benefits, as the property doesn't have welcome gift and no mention of upgrades. It is not like any Marriott property experience I had before. Would definitely not recommend.
The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, including the addition of a new section, which we were not made aware of when booking. As a result, parking is located across the street, and there is no convenient place to stop and unload luggage. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and courteous, the service was good, and the rooms were comfortable with attractive interiors.
