Bab bab bad customer service as I was hung up on while places on hold twice in one call. The fisrt person that answered put me on hold and for someone else to pick up my line to tell me to hold again.... like I already was doing that, that person hung up on me grrrrr. Called back and she wants to put me on hold again and I explained to her I was already holding but was hung up on she said sorry and put me on hold.... ughhh. It was ok for the meeting I was out there for. Shower sleep and on my way
Really great staff! Eric and Rafael were so friendly and accommodating and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a chain hotel. The concession room is convenient for snacks and toiletries, and the bistro has yummy quick food.
Great location! Affordable, clean and very friendly staff! Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again!
