I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Dr. Palmer is great. He's very courteous and professional, and always tries to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
