They were polite and courteous. It was easy to make an appointment. My foot issue not that severe but found Dr Palmer was concerned with my well-being and discussed the best course of action. His advise was completely unbiased. He paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
Traffic was awful and I was late for my appointment. The doctor stayed late to wait for me and was very kind and personable. Very thorough with giving me post minor surgery instructions and took my number to call and check on me in a few days. Very friendly, professional, and involved with patients, highly recommend!
