I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The waiting room chairs in their reception area were so comfy, that I could have fallen asleep while waiting for my appointment to start. It made a great first impression and introduction to my wonderful experience. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would.
