My experience with Courtney Leasing was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The application process dragged on for eight months, with almost no communication the entire time. I dealt mainly with Joe Brookfield, who repeatedly failed to return calls or provide any updates. Even though I provided all the documents and form requested at the beginning of the application; whenever you do get hold of Joe he asks for another document and then another without offering any real guidance, and every step felt like PULLING TEETH.... read more
The lady working there keeps doors lock and blinds down. She doesn't answer the phone nor return calls. Irresponsible.
