Excellent Service Team effort
I probably won’t return to this dealership. I originally called to see about new tires, left a message and they never returned my call. I called 3 weeks later to see about service to be told sorry, but that they’d fired one person and another quit so they’re short staffed. Because it was convenient, I scheduled service. I was told on Wednesday I’d get a call back the next day when my tires were in so that we could schedule my service, but hadn’t heard back still on Monday so I called and was told that they’d called me on Fri... read more
