The guys at courtesy ford were very easy to deal with from the process of test driving vehicles to the paperwork to purchase the vehicle we got was seamless. The staff made the overall buying process an enjoyable experience and answered any questions that we had about our vehicle.
I was given a $640.00 dollar price to fix my vehicle. When I went to pick it up it was $858.00 dollars. I asked why such an extreme difference in price. All the cashier did was read what was on the invoice, and nothing was added for work other than the pricing. I said I see that, but I was given a price of 200 dollars less than what you are charging. Are you going to give me that price. He said unfortunately no we can't do that. I will not be going back.
