1st off Lem is an amazing salesman but that is the only good thing I can say. I just bought a brand new Ram2500 this past weekend. I financed my truck so no issues with them. However my dad just bought a special edition challenge from them and Lem was also the salesman and was exceptional. My father paid cash and planned to head back to his home in NH today with the new car. The dealership refused to give him the MSO so he could drive home and get the car inspected and registered. 3 days to conduct a recall job, gave vehicle back with miles driven on it(not needed for airbag recall job) then returned my car to me absolutely filthy inside and out. 100% unprofessional experience across the board. Hope this is not the norm for Chrysler Jeep and Dodge owners.
