I made a 9am appt. for an oil change and new battery. When I arrived at 9am they saw my appt. but not what it was for. they said it would be about an hour for the oil and they'd call me on the battery after they tested it. I did the battery is at least 3yrs old and dead so just change it. went to eat came back 75 min later. was told the battery was not good and they had to order one it would be another 90 min. we went shopping came back still not done. waited there another 90 minutes. so basically 4hr for an oil change and b... read more
