Well, I tried to get through to any sales manager on a Monday morning to talk about a specific car. Literally over a dozen tries, not one of the sales managers, the general manager, or Scott Gruwell the dealer would answer. So I left two separate messages for two different sales managers - one automated, one with someone who described himself as a “senior sales executive” - and no return call. I bought my car from the dealership when it was called Superstition Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Since then, the dealership has changed hands quite a few times. I still always got great service when I brought my car in for maintenance. That hasn't changed, even though the name has. I received great service and my car is running like a champ.
