Spent all day Negotiating a price on a vehicle they never had or could never get a bunch of idiots
These service employees were so rude and inconsiderate. I knew what the issue was with my vehicle but they couldn’t advise of coverage by my warranty without a diagnostic appointment. I was encouraged to book online then treated poorly for doing so. The repair isn’t covered after being told that “it should be” and I had to pay the $145 diagnostic fee PLUS $16 for making my appointment online per their advisement. Walking up to the service area there were 4 men setting in their offices. Not one came out to ask us if we needed help. We knew that the radiator was cracked at the top. Didn’t need a service technician to tell us that. Follow the liquid! $150 to tell us it will not be covered. $16 to schedule an appointment online. Our daughter wants a Dodge Ram pickup. She won’t be buying it from you
When you do go ask for Marlo. He is an amazing person and di everything he could to help get us what we needed. Helpful and an all around good guy. Next time we need a car we are going back to Marlo.
