I responded to the ad and received a voucher. I couldn’t believe they would pay off your existing loan so when they called to verify appointment I asked he said we sure do it’s a program we just started. I believed it. I went in yesterday talked a salesman and started the process but he told me that’s not how things work they do go over your blue book as said but they do roll over what’s left and add it to your new loan so you still end up where you started. Just traded my CHALLENGER T/A In for a CHALLENGER Widebody Scat. My last 4 cars have all been purchased from different Dodge dealerships, and this is by far the best car buying experience I've had. Nothing but patience and Class. I drove an Hour from my house to shop here and I'll do it again.. my Favorite People Rodney henninger, Kendra Aceto and Chris Shelton. Ask for them. Looking for a new car was very stressful. But Leslie helped me though it all. She’s a great sales rep, showed me few different options, and great customer service. I’m sure I was a headache but she kept her customer service excellent!!! I’m very happy with my 2019 Chevy Trax.....
Highly recommend this location for any of your car buying! From the test drive, to the financing process and through it all, great experience! Sean was very knowledgeable and very easy going. Sofia and her finance team was incredible with providing clear information and a fast turn around with getting us financed for our dream vehicle. Made the transition smooth and easy, which isnt very easy to do but they nailed it! Greatly appreciate the staff there and will do business again when needed!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I called scheduled an appointment for a oil change. We dropped it off the evening before. When we dropped it off I had a couple things I wanted to get checked out for warranty work. Few days went by no call so I called the dealership and the service director is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Finally got a call back after 3 days they ordered parts and should be finished in a few days. Called after a couple days again hard to get ahold of anyone with answers.
