I was interested in a pre-owned Ram advertised on their website. Set up an appointment to test drive for noon on Friday via a callback from Courtesy, and was told the Ram would be delivered to the Jeep dealership and I could drive it there. When I showed up at noon, after waiting for about ten minutes, I was told that the salesman that I had an appointment with was busy, but the gentleman offered to take me to go see the truck over at the Ram shop.
