Nice at first until it got to finance guy. Then 199 increased to 499. Kept telling me sales person Lance had told me a lower price. They said I had to pay 499 for nitrogen in the tires but not listed on the purchase as that. Felt like they were just trying to get another 500 out of me. A pathetic dealership, finance department is the worst with contacting you back 6 weeks, multiple voice mails and no call back. Finally after a month 1.2 someone answered there phone, but wait there's more - nothing can be done cause it's the business office that cancels the GAP, so I'll wait a few more days, I wasn't depending on it or anything to put down for a car since FCA sold me lemons, customer service sucks, your people are lazy and find any way to avoid conversation. Awsom place to buy a car. Sales people were great, prices of cars were reasonable
Sales staff - Great!! Made buying my car effortless and easy. Finance Department - HORRIBLE!! Have had issues since October 2015 with my extended warranty. Paperwork I have from the dealership shows I paid for an additional 100,000 miles. Paperwork I got from warranty company shows 75,000 miles. I have walked into the Finance Director's office and had a conversation with him, I've left messages with his staff, I've been promised that it would be resolved.
