What i see the employees do outside of work is dusgusting. I might put them on blast. I have pics and videos....
I was pre-approved for a loan/ financing with my bank and i have already told the guys at the dealership. The salesmen were not willing to work on prices unless you finance with them ONLY with a ridiculous rate @ 4.99%. They tried to add on $2k extra for items on the vehicle that come standard to every other vehicle. They constantly mention the value of the MSRP and mentioning that they are "giving me a deal" for more than market value of an already 2 YEAR OLD (2016) BUT BRAND NEW VEHICLE STILL ON THEIR LOT!!! I have had the pleasure of buying 3 vehicles from Larry Watts. Not only does he care about his customers, he is even a better person. He is honest and caring, and what you see is what you get. My daughter and I walked in to CDJ Friday night at 8:30 after having been all over Orange County looking at used SUV's. CDJ was our last just because it was so far south, but we had seen an online deal that we could not help to see if it was real. It was!!! Horrible service department, they tried to rip me off on my truck repair telling me $2500 and many many things needed to be replaced. To get it running again. I got a 2nd opinion and ended up just needing a $70 fuel injector line replaced, truck has been running great with no additional work 18 months later.
