Wrongfully charged on purchase!! Promises to refund money have not been kept even after months of our requests. Also a warranty that was not explained properly was to be refunded. They owe us approximately $2,000 and we keep getting "crickets" as their response. I would NEVER do business with this company again and recommend anyone else thinking about buying a vehicle go someplace else!!!
My daughter bought a car at Courtesy and we had a wonderful experience. The salesperson was so helpful and the Finance department got us a great rate!
Worst customer service ever. Had troubles with the the truck week one. Then i get a call a month later telling me to take the truck in to get it weighed. I am still getting letters from the DMV about that weight. Great at blowing up to make a sell and no where to be found for customer services.
Ripped me off on an extended warranty after a custom ordered truck in 2016. Then, zero transparency and zero integrity in attempting to purchase a vehicle, paying in cash. Mr Brown and Evan the manager have zero Intentions to facilitate a successful transaction and couldn’t care less about a returning customer.
This dealership has amazing service. Arden, in particular is always so helpful and knowledgeable! They definitely will not disappoint and are a great group of friendly, professional individuals.

They say they will give u 5 days to find a different bank to go lower but in the end they match your interest rate.
