This is the first dentist office where I feel completely comfertable! Everyone is so friendly!
The reason for the occasional wait is that the staff takes the necessary time with each patient. Sometimes that runs a little into the next appointment time. I don't mind waiting once in a while, because I know that I'll get the same attention when I need it.
I had my teeth clean and Cristi did an excellent job as always.

My appt. was at 4pm and after I completed my paperwork I was brought right in. NO WAITING... After my x-rays and cleaning Dr. Zive came in an introduced himself, checked my teeth and asked what work I wanted done. Dr. Zive answered all my qustion and was very informative. I asked for an estimated cost for the work that I wanted done first and was given a print out. There was never any pressure to book another appointment or sign anything. It's always nice when you have a good checkup. Even if I did have a problem I know that I was in the right place to have things taken care of professionally.
This office was unique as the doctor and the staff all interact like one big family. This immediately put me at ease. The visit was more than impressive because the doctor spent a great deal of time going over all the details and options opened to me. The amount of time he spent doing this is a rare occurrence today between doctor and patient.
