Dr. Zive is pretty cool, he explains things, makes suggestions as to what you may need or what he might expect to be a problem in the future (no one likes surprises) for you but no pressure or scare tactics, he gives you the info and it's up to you how to use it, I like that. Office staff is always professional and pleasant. I love the email appointment reminders and online interaction too. Oh yeah, lets not forget Cristi (Dental Hygienist/Assistant). On a scale from 1 -10 i'd easily give her a "10".
