So far it has been very smooth. From my initial call to making an appointment, followed up with personal web portal. Technician arrived timely and was very informative. Answered a lot of my questions and concerns, provided feedback and photos. Currently waiting for the estimate of service work.
Hagen was great with communicating and respectful of my home. He knew I didn’t use glue boards so we didn’t even have to discuss it. Thorough and efficient!
