I recently had a pre-op ultrasound scheduled at the Wallingford location, which was so convenient (it was nice not to drive to New Haven or Branford!). As someone who has undergone IVF, I’ve had many ultrasounds and I have to say this was the nicest and most comfortable I’ve been having one done! There was soft music, ambient lighting, and the technician, JS, was so very supportive and reassuring. I don’t know if she realizes how much her kind demeanor and words meant to me that day.
