They were great! They were ontime, they stayed in budget, and cleaned up when finished. I would definately use them again.
MIke responded quickly to my call. He came out on a Sunday morning to provide an estimate and did the job the following day. He was very professional and polite and we are pleased with the work he performed. We will definitely be contacting him in the future for some other projects!
Mike called almost immediately following the submission of my online request, arrived at my house within 3 hours. The work was done quickly and was good quality. The only outstanding issue is that I'm still waiting for an official receipt (I have a handwritten one on the back of a business card), as Mike didn't have them with him when he came. We discussed that day, and I will probably hire Mike for, another plumbing job I have.

Mike called back right away and initially said he's come the next day but after he heard about our issue (water was pooling under our kitchen sink) he ended up coming in the evening after he completed his other jobs. He was quick, figured out the problem and fixed it.

Michael arrived exactly when he said he would, assessed the job and quoted a price that was very fair. I approved the job and the work was done professionally and very fast. On top of that, he is a very nice guy and I would highly recommend him.
