I had originally wanted to replace my existing water heater with a tankless water heater but I had heard about potentially high maintenance issues with this type of heater in low water usage applications. Very quick response and quick handling of the pickup of the new Water Heater from the local Plumbing supply business and he assumed the warranty pro-rated reimbursement to facilitate the handling of that aspect for the 4 year old Bradford White water heater. Great job!
