Messaged in March to get on the list to open my pool, followed up a number of times before being told they’d come out this month. No call no show for a weekend they suggested, said they got busy but now they’ve stopped responding for a follow up date. Don’t waste your time, sounds like a persistent issue with this company. Wish I’d have read the reviews.
Contacted them on 4/13 asked if he’d open my pool when he started up for the season- he said yes and I gave him my info. 5/12 texted him asked when to expect him. Said he was opening a bunch in Coal City week of 5/15. By 5/23 pool not opened I texted him again to ask if it would be open by the end of the week which was Memorial Day weekend - his response was Yes.
