RecommendedNice, competent, friendly and accessible.
Dr. Cox is the most condescending veterinarian with serious personality problems. She's very rude, dismissive, disrespectful and doesn't listen to you. She also has a very cold demeanor with people and pets. She charges excessively for any service that is given. I will never bring my pets to her clinic again. My 12-year-old dog continues to be in excessive pain which she has poorly managed. She really needs training and serious help, especially with customer service.
Dr. Cox and her staff are wonderful. We just moved to the area and had to get our dog in on a Saturday morning because he wasn't feeling well. The staff made sure to get us in right away and treated us like family the second we walked in the door. The clinic was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, the support staff was so friendly and efficient. Countryside staff just helped us put our dog Tony to rest with the utmost compassion and care! It was really hard for me after 14 years of love and friendship from my boy! I highly recommend them for all pet care. Thank You Countryside for caring about us and our pets!

We’ve unused Countryside since the mid-90’s. They’ve treated 4 dogs for us (Two are still around and still seeing Dr Cox). We’ve found them compassionate and will work with folks when necessary.

We have used Dr Cox and her amazing staff for about 4 years. We just had to put our sweet girl of 14 years down and send her to heaven. The honesty and compassion of Dr Cox and her staff .... I just cannot put into words how much we appreciate them, especially this last week. Wanted to say thank you, and how much we appreciated all that you did for us and our Sophie Angel Brown these past few years. She was truly in good hands, as are our kitties....
