RecommendedMy family and I were passing through town and we got a flat tire while exiting the highway. Integrity motors motioned for us to pull in. Not only did they offer a safe spot to fix our tire, they swapped out the tire for our spare and even put air in our spare for us. They were a blessing. Thank you!!
My experience doing business with Integrity was second to none. I went in looking for an F-150 and met Shawn, he showed me a few and I landed on a beautiful 2016 supercrew priced very reasonably. Dina in finance got me in and out with no issue. The courtesy and professionalism at Integrity exemplify the name of their business.
Fantastic customer service. Salesman Spencer answered every question clearly and went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. Got the truck we wanted to Amarillo from their Pampa lot within hours of asking about it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! We are very pleased and will return next time we need to buy!
after shopping around all over town I found a car listed on their website that I liked. went in to look at it and they said it had just sold but had another like it. well the one they had ended up being the one I was interested in. they worked their butts off for me and I can honestly say it was the first time I've left a dealership feeling good about the deal. thank y'all so much and Spencer you the real MVP. appreciate ya buddy.
My overall experience with Spence and Trent was great never had I seen any sales person or persons do what these two gentlemen did for us they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the purchase

refreshing young man with outstanding customer service skills
The people are absolutely amazing. Gio was very helpful and wanted to help me instead of getting me into a car just to make a sale. John Johnson is as honest as they come. They helped me understand the process and what all needs to be done. It took two days to find the right fit but they were extremely patient with me and never pressured me into something I didn’t like. 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.
Trent was great to work with!! He went above and beyond for us! I definitely recommend him!!
