Started out great, very rude.... Please Dnt pick and choose who u say something too.... I'll never stay again ever !!!!!
Very nice clean hotel and great location. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good with much to choose from. Only issue is they need more employees working the breakfast. They were out of milk and it took forever to get coffee and they had a hard time keeping the food stocked. I would stay again if the need ever arises.
Nice and clean in a quiet area. Will stay agsin on. My next visit.
It's the only place we stay at when we come to Chattanooga! Love it!!
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a issue checking out in the morning. Was a sign on the desk be back in 5 minutes. We waiting and finally went for breakfast. Finished breakfast and the same 5 minute sign was still on the desk.
