I will start out by saying I loved this place at one time. However this is the WORST place to stay right now. They are doing renovations and you don't know it until you show up. There was a rep name Joe. HORRIBLE customer service. Please train your employees now how to deal with an upset guest. And oh yeah make sure he knows or know how to give basic information on the hotel chain he works for I.e customer service number. In the middle of renovations and no hot breakfast. The renovated rooms were amazing and comfortable though.
They are in the middle of a major renovation but our stay was very pleasant. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. I've stayed here before and would stay there again.
Very nice and clean with amazing costumer service!
Had a wonderful stay. The rooms were nice and clean.The breakfast was delicious with much to choose from. I locked my keys in my car and the security man went to alot of trouble trying to figure out how to get it unlocked and finally two men that worked upstairs got my car opened. My daughter was happy that they kept cookies in stock and the indoor pool was warm. The only complaint i have is one employee comes off very rude. She needs to work on her attitude and her facial expressions. I will be back. �
Very friendly staff, spacious clean rooms, and the breakfast was really nice. It was a very pleasurable experience!
Staff was very friendly, two rooms with t.v. in each was quite useful, and breakfast was very good. We'll stay there again.
