Abby was very helpful and knowledgeable. We came in to rent a UHaul and a storage unit.I would recommend my family and friends here.
I stored my RV here 3 years and a few weeks ago my RV got stolen. I had it all locked up with a ball lock and had the chains locked up. They dragged it right out. I was there less than two weeks before to check on it so the theft happened within 14 days. The cops looked at the drag marks and even stated that they were very fresh. There were 6 cameras that follow where I had it stored that should have caught something. They told me the cameras only keep 6 days on file. That is unacceptable with technology nowadays. The owners work with you at this location. Super friendly owners & managers that have made themselves available to us even after hours when needed. Can’t say enough positive about the customer service and helpfulness of this storage facility. We’ve had our camper here for 6 years and wouldn’t take it anywhere else. Really like how we have a remote control to get in there, along with an app on our phones.
I would not use them again for uhaul rental. I rented a truck and returned it the same day at 2:30 pm. When I went to return it, the office door was locked even though it was during business hours so I returned the truck online and put the key in a lock box. The next day when I got the receipt via email I saw that they had charged me for an extra day plus 50 more miles than what I had driven. So I was charged $90 more than what I should have. I had to call the 1-800 and was able to get a refund but even they recommended I go... read more
