I had an awful experience with this hospital. They offered to get my dog Diesel’s medical records from another animal hospital 2 weeks prior to his appointment, but they never bothered to do it. We took time out of work to bring our dog there for his appointment and they were unprepared, did not have his record, did not know what he needed for shots and we ended up having to leave.
