I will start by saying this hotel is franchised and not a corporate hotel. Which means they are private owned and operated. The customer service of the staff is horrible. No one speaks. They all starred versus greeting you with a hello or good morning. Very uncommon and rude behavior. This hotel is currently being renovated and transitioned from Choice hotels to Sparks by Hilton. Not very many amenities
They charged me for an extra day on Feb.24. First of all when I checked in I understood room was under renovation but to have dirt on the carpets electrical tape and wires hanging from the ceiling is insane. Then when I called saying I wanted to check out the front desk personal stated too bad. When I went in person because they refused to pick up the front desk lady was rude and disrespectful and refused to give me the supervisor name so now I will call cooperate.
