Unprofessional staff. Maid named Erica accused my husband of stealing a hand towel, when he asked one for one from her cart. Ghetto, rude trash. Spend your money elsewhere. Front desk isn’t any better. The clerk at the front desk said oh we have had people take the towels on game day. Girl who wants a hand towel? And who curses out a guest over them? Clearly this place will hire anybody off the street. This behavior clearly is the normal here, because this maid had no problem behaving this way and screaming down the hall.
Great management, service, rooms and breakfast. Always take care of our needs. Thank you for a kind service.
