I stayed at the Country Inns & Suites in Iron Mountain Michigan Memorial Week. It was one of the nicest facilities I've stayed in. The staff were so warm & welcoming. The room clean and comfortable. And a great value too. I look forward to traveling there again someday.
I arrived at the Kalispell location at 2:30 am unannounced due to a flight snafu. They were welcoming and understanding. The room was great and very clean!
The staff is always great, the breakfast is really good and the property is clean.
Clarksville Tennessee Country Inn & Suites was the worst place to stay. First time there, 2017, the pool was closed down for remodel. On our second stay there, 2018, the pool was re-opened only to find mold on the ceiling tiles and walls. 2 windows were opened, along with the door to the outside, letting in 40 degree air, this making the room temp and pool water very cold to the point of not being able to use it.
