GROSS! I originally had this room booked for 5 days due to an evacuation. Upon arriving to our queen suite on the 3rd floor, the smell of curry was unbearably strong. We opened the windows, turned the air on, and sprayed the room with Febreze. The room was dirty, pillows and bedding were dingy and flat. The carpet was full of stains. The walls needed a cleaning. Such a cozy place! Great breakfast, clean rooms, and nice and quiet.
I’m amazed of the great customer service that this place has. From receptionists, restaurant personnel, the cleaning ladies! They are soooo helpful and nice! We’ll be back next time we’re here! My son is a senior at the University of Redlands and we are sorry we didn’t discover you guys before. Thanks y’all!
The room was large & very clean. Comfortable bed & we had a pool view. Liked the Keurig coffee & tea maker. Check in was easy & the gentleman at the desk was very polite. The breakfast was usual fare, scrambled eggs, potatoes, & sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit, etc. HOWEVER.... when I tasted the sausage, it was spicy hot.
