So disappointed with this hotel organization. While traveling to MN to attend my father's funeral a mix up occured in booking this location. I tried to cancel within three hours of reservation but the hotel refused to release me from my expedia booking without applying a 100 percent penalty because I cancelled after 2 pm Thier time zone. No manager would speak to me to try to find resolution. What a welcome back to MN. And under such horrible conditions. No compassion no nothing. Just a lame excuse about it being "policy". My stay here was amazing! The room I stayed in was super clean, the beds were comfy, modern decor, and the staff were amazing! I had an issue with my phone and the staff were more than willing to help me out and went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
