Recommendedit was very clean and spacious and close to very thing
RUN, don't walk. If I hadn't already paid for the room, I would have left. We booked for 3 days, walked into a room with filthy carpets {"We're getting those steam cleaned. We know about that, ma'am}, There were cigarette burns in their "no smoking" rooms. Apparently a child had stayed, because there were child-height dirty prints on the curtains, In addition, the amenities were suspended, so there was no hot breakfast nor pool, just a couple of granola bars, water, and vending machine "muffins" in a paper bag. We checked in last Friday and the room was filthy. The floors were dirty, trash in the trash cans and the beds looked like someone had been laying on them. The bathroom floor was dirty and soap from the previous occupant was still in the tub. When we talked to the front desk she offered another room that was even dirtier. Definitely not up to standards. Loose bathroom tile, sink faucet needs fixing, big sticky stain on rug, bed pillows need replacing, bedding wrinkled, strong pet order smell in a non pet room. Best thing was Joanna that ran the kitchen. She was friendly and everything was clean & cooked right. We won’t be staying there again.
Miss Gracie is always so welcoming..Love this hotel and always stay here when we are passing through the area . Have stayed here 3 times since November and have never been disappointed.
Comfortable beds, good customer service. FRESH cookies in the evening!!
I will never use this hotel ever and recommend no one using it they have bed bugs! We had to leave at 11 at night was going to bed and found bed bugs , we took the bed bugs in a cup down there and gave to lady at desk she put in ziplock bag said she would tell manager, they wouldn’t refund my money and I paid for 2 rooms. I will never use book it. Com again either. I do not recommend to anyone unless you want to be paying a lot of money to get bed bugs out of your home!
I stayed there several times it's very accommodating and also has very good bus parking one of my favorite things on a tour
