Very clean and quiet really enjoyed our stay great service and friendly workers , breakfast was great better than any other place we have been to the worker deb kept it clean and food out she welcomed us with a smile and very polite thank you so much for a great time and would recommend this place to anyone and families.
New manager is turning this place around!
It was okay. We got the whirlpool suite and enjoyed the tub. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The doors close weird so you could hear the doors slamming from the rooms around you all evening. As it for later and people were settling in it stopped. Also the 2nd floor was super hot. It's snowing and 30 degrees outside and we had the AC on full blast all night to keep the room cool. My husband and I sill ended up sleeping without blankets. We left the housekeeping crew a surprise. Hope they got a laugh.
The room was worn. Carpet, door in the bathroom, broken piece of wood under the refrigerator holding it up. Just not the usual quality we are used to. Staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent. Just disappointed with the appearance of our room #223. Also we had just stayed at A Fairfield Marriot for 4 nights for 40,000 points. This room cost us 28,000 points for one night. Really?
I will start this off saying, we just left a high rating for a Country Inn and Suites in Milan, OH and couldn't rave more about the accommodations. Last night on the return trip home we found the most awful hotel experience we have ever had at the Country Inn in Mansfield, OH. I'm not sure if this whole floor was taken over by some family, or if they are just ignorant to other people's needs, but for the love of hotel staying people everywhere, they need to spend a litt...Continue Reading
Not well kept up. Peeling paint and wallpaper musty smell in room. Looks like they need to put some time and money into it! Pool appeared cloudy. Breakfast area and food were great!
