We stayed here overnight on the 10 May 18 and we found the room was clean as was the hotel. Breakfast included was very nice and having fresh fruit and cookies available in front lobby area was a nice touch. Check in and out was quick and easy. I would definitely stay again and recommend it...
After staying at another pet friendly establishment the night before that was disgusting, I was extremely surprised and overjoyed to come into a beautiful suite, super clean,spacious and no smell. The sheets on the beds were crispy white, and right away we felt at home. I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel in Lima, and will definitely stay there again and again...
I checked in and one of the staff members could not stop laughing. It lifted my spirits. The room was spacious and clean. However, the room I stayed in was right off the hotel lobby area (room 215) and I could clearly hear the phone everytime it rang. It made it a bit annoying to work on my laptop. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's clean and staff are nice.
Last time I stayed in this hotel I was over charged for two nights when it, the company has a special for two nights. And an attendant let people in my room without my permission when I called to the front desk and asked not to be disturbed while I was sleep in October 2015.
At least 4 stars...nice size rooms and very clean!
We checked in and everything seemed fine . We went out for a rehearsal dinner and came back to the hotel late . Next morning I noticed stains on both beds comforter . I told the manager when I checked out and her first responds was that's not on the sheets . Nope not on the sheets it's on your comforters . She took $34 from our bill . I wouldn't stay at this hotel again .
I have stayed here 3 times now. Each time everyone, staff and others, have been very polite and friendly! Each room I have stayed in has been very clean. I will continue to stay here each time I visit my son at UNOH!
Clean updated rooms, hot breakfast, pool & hot tub. Only downside was a broken coffee pot which they promptly replaced. Would stay here again.
