Very nice night staff. We had been looking for a room for hours and everyone was booked. Lisa the night manager was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we need. Very clean and nice room for the price. Would stay again if ever in the area.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, quiet and feels like home. Free breakfast and the pool and hot tub are great.
Nice hotel, great staff friendly and helpful. Nice for the money. Good location quick to get on highway and get downtown or UT campus quick.
Checked in at 5:00 pm...8 of us...3 rooms. Got in the shower... SURPRISE!!! NO WATER! Nobody bothered to inform us of a water line break at check-in. We have been traveling since 5:00 am... COUNTRY Inn is right...carrying water in a bucket to flush to toilet. Ridiculous!!! Should of been informed before taking our money!!!
This is the only hotel we will stay in Knoxville, staff is the best I've ever been in. With a child in UTK and a medical handicap whose doctors are in Knoxville, it's great to know we have another "home" when we need it. Thank you you guys are great.
