They canceled my reservation, without telling me. When we came to check in, they tried putting us in a dirty room. Mind you, this was my wedding night. This hotel literally ruined my wedding night. I will NEVER stay at a country inn again.
Room was clean. Breakfast kept running out of food and utensils, there was absolutely zero trays to help carry food. We were charged on our credit card $126 after we paid them up front in cash for $106. They refunded us as soon as we told them.
Please read all reviews future guests!! The first night we stayed we didn't have any problems. When the maids cleaned our rooms while we were out we found bodily fluids folded into the "new" sheets upon return. Yes, poop on our sheets. When asked to have someone come change the sheets, the young girls lacked any form of customer service or customer care. They acted as if this was NOT a serious problem. Had a wonderful Packer experience. Hotel staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and comfortable.
