I had a very unfortunate series of events happen with billing after staying at this hotel. The manager was very unpleasant to work with in trying to resolve them and seemed to have no accountability to anyone. When I asked who his boss was, he refused to say, as did all other employees I was able to talk to over the phone. Even the corporate office was unable to help me, in either solving my problem or giving me the name of the manager's boss. I stayed there for one night. Room was neat and clean. Enjoyed the stay.
Good location. Nice facility. No maid service. Waited till 6 pm for clean towels and a refresh of amenities then called the front desk and were told that we weren't forgotten, they just hadn't gotten to us yet. Wow! We gave up and did our own refresh.
It was great !!!!! Very very nice and staff was fantastic.
I stayed for 1 night. The room was super clean and it was nice and quiet too. Thanks for the great experience!
