it started with calling to see if our room was ready...the lady who answered was super rude a number of times. then we asked front desk at one point if we could eat in pool area...they told us we could eat in the breakfast nook area....while we were in there, a worker rudely says to us...who told you you could be in here. continues scolding us for being in there. the next morning while we were in our room, the same worker walked into our room without even knocking. who does that? never again will I stay there!!! update....so... read more

stayed here a few times it's such a nice place to get away and free breakfast is awesome👍
Had a excellent two night stay with great grandkids, grand daughter, and daughter. the staff was great and polite even to the 2 three year Olds. Beds were comfortable, room was roomy and nice with mini fridge and microwave, had nice breakfast served every morning. But the best part was pool area. mini pool from 4" to one foot deep with a slide, waterfall thingy and spray jets, great for little ones on one end, tables and spa in the middle and big pool on other end of room. convenient to watch all the fun. we'll go back. high... read more

Very comfy room for a bridal shower! The staff was very nice about being over our visit time.
