I lived here for 1.8 years in 2 different apartments. I lived in a 2 bedroom for 2 months and a 1 bedroom for 1.6 years. There are pros and cons but overall the cons have greatly outweighed the pros. This is a very nice area to live in and the pricing is very reasonable. I have never had issues with theft or unwanted people hanging around.
