Well I've lived here for almost 6 years and i have no problems. I enjoy my apartment very much it is convenient and close to grocery stores thrift stores and Wal-Mart. The office people are very kind and helpful. Maintenance is very fast and efficient everything i need they are there. I do not plan to ever leave this place.

its nice and cheap. wont ask for more :) now they have new kitchen come and check it out. And about the office staff i just had to do all my things through her and she is sweetest girl ever

Worst apartments in the world. I recommend no-one to move here, I've lived here since late June and it is the worst mistake of my life. The leasing office are all rude and they don't care about anyone's concerns. The first week me and my fiance lived here we got robbed for $800. We asked to move to a different apartment they got rude, said "No, stuff like that don't happen here. Just tell people to leave you alone." We have a 6 month old daughter. theses apartmemts are the worst apartmemts on the face of the earth....the office stafff would rather play on facebook then write down residents orders ....they are rude and all neeed to be fired please dont move here

I wanted to rent there but the management was very rude and wanted to do a background check from places i lived 20 years ago. Come on, the place is full of nothing but hispanics, you're going to tell me they do background checks on those tenants by calling MEXICO?: I doubt they even have long distance, the place is a trash DUMP and KIM, you are trash and a dump as well. LEarn some customer relations skills you crazy wack job.

Where do i start lets see just because its cheap its really not worth it ive lived here since june and i cant wait to move i thought having new management would change things but it surely didnt its only gotten worst since i have been here it has had 3 different managements the pool at the end of the summer was left looking like a swamp it was finally drained after enough complaints there is quit a bit of drugs being done in the apartments but it does no good to say anything as far as maintenance that's about a joke it took ... read more
