Brought my car for service 7k mikes ago complaining about howling while driving. Paid $130 for diagnosis. Said it wasn’t anything but if it was a warranty issue they would refund the diagnosis. Brought it again recently, 7k miles later. Oh, guess what you hearing are bad bearings. But your warranty expired. Sorry. It would have been covered last time but you are now out of warranty. It will cost you another $130 for diagnosis and now for the repairs as well. Don’t go to this dealership. Find somewhere else. Horrible !!!
Buying my chevy was a good Experience but when it comes to getting the car serviced the service department here seems to have a lag problem took vehicle in to get inspected an was told the inspector gets in eight ok I can wait then was told your estimated time of getting out is at 9:30 to 10 very unhappy with this service department I will not be Visiting the service department ever again

Just picked up a pre-owned Chevy Colorado Z71 from Country. Jake Moore and Steve Meyers set the standard for the region's dealerships. Customer service, selection, service and follow-up are all exemplary. A drive to Warrenton is wise if you are in the market.
