We had a great experience with Russ "Downtown" Brown when we bought our new truck. He went out of his way during the whole experience. Would highly recommend him to any and everyone.
Just bought a 2018 Z71 Silverado. Steve Mason bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He even took us back to meet the service staff as we indicated we were less then satisfied with other dealers. We'll be purchasing our next Chevrolet here, very satisfied.
We where traveling through Warrenton on vacation when our truck check engine light came on and it started running rough. Pulled in to the dealership and went to the service department. Talked to Mark the service manager he came out looked at the truck and saw a spark plug wire came to off. A quick stop in the parts dep to buy a new wire. These people are absolutely incompetent. I purchased a vehicle from Ben Greer, from out of state. They forgot to send my title to the bank, so when I called to find out what was going on I was told it would be overnighted to me. Nope, they screwed up and sent it to the bank. Now my temporary registration is about to expire, And I have to wait 30 days for the bank to process the title. So now I have a brand new car that I can’t drive, thanks to the incompetency of country Chevrolet. �
Took great care of us...had a dilemna about a rather expensive repair vs. purchasing a new vehicle, but they made the entire experience easy. Thanks to Russell and Sam!!
