I would like to post a new review of the warranty repair work on my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado Mark the service manager ended up being my advocate to General Motors and pushed them to replace my transmission rather than install a new valve body which would have been the third valve body in that truck transmission. I just picked my truck up this afternoon after two weeks there and it does seem to shift much better and Mark kept me advised of the status every day including today telling me it was completed and I can come pick it... read more

Where's the minus/negative four star option???? I'd select that one. The worst car buying experience I've ever had. Sold me a "clean" used vehicle that had been in a collision (unreported) and was put back together with drywall screws and wood shims to level the headlights. No lie - I have the pictures. Their "fix" was to fire the salesman - allegedly. They "allowed" me to trade it in on a new vehicle (lower model). Payments increased by 30% and extended the loan out to 8 years (yanno so the payment wouldn't look so bad). I ... read more
My sales rep Jonah was phenomenal a true professional. Not once did I feel pressured or like I was being upsold to something I didn't need or couldn't afford. Both traits I've found with other dealerships in the past. Jonah was kind, and knowledgeable and actually seemed to care about my situation as well as my needs. So I'm definitely grateful for his great service, and will undoubtedly be back next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.
